Aleja Joni Foster-Farmer courageously battled Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML), a rare bone and blood cancer.
She spent nine months in the hospital, underwent three bone marrow transplants, and despite her incredible strength and determination, she passed away at the age of seven.
