Deja Monique Foster is an educator, business professional, nonprofit leader, digital creator, and community advocate based in Cleveland, Ohio.
She serves as the CEO of the Justis League for Aleja Foundation, where she leads initiatives focused on healthcare awareness, education, youth development, community outreach, and healing through the performing arts.
Teaching has always been one of her greatest passions. Throughout her career, she has gained experience in classroom management, training, education, and youth mentorship while helping individuals build confidence, creativity, and life skills through artistic expression.
Her personal mission is to inspire hope, uplift underserved communities, and continue the legacy of Aleja Joni Foster-Farmer.
